In order to secure a shotgun start on a weekend it is necessary
to guarantee a minimum amount of players as well as provide an 
accurate head count several weeks before the event. We understand 
that because of family demands it may be difficult to plan so far 
ahead. However, the organizers of this awesome event also have 
families and they could use your help. Don't wait until the last
